One of the most successful Leadership Training Programs for young business, civic, and community leaders with the desire and potential to work together for a better Jackson.

The purpose of Leadership Greater Jackson is to prepare strong and effective leaders for the future development of the Greater Jackson Area. A class of approximately 40 participants are selected by a committee of program alumni, who work to ensure that the individuals chosen reflect the diversity of the community-at-large.
